Returns
We offer the ability to return your purchase within 30 days of original purchase date should you not be happy with your item. You can either choose a full refund or store credit. For all returns we require a proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we have shipped a faulty/broken item. We value the happiness of our clients and will go above and beyond to ensure that you are a continued supporter of CD. WARRANTY
We offer a 6-month warranty on all jewellery from the date of your purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or faulty and are accompanied with a proof of purchase. When requesting a return due to a faulty item, we require images of the item to be sent to info@chrisdawn.com.au where we will evaluate the item and process the store credit if deemed faulty. We do not cover a faulty item due to lack of wearers care of the item and not following our recommended methods of taking care of your jewellery.
